Cool the resulting decoction, strain, squeeze out the solids and increase the volume with boiled water to 200 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Adults should drink &frac12; cup (100 ml) twice a day with meals. Store the prepared drink in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
