Hemp oil from Specialist is a 100% natural product from hemp seeds grown in the Altai countryside. The oil is obtained using the most environmentally friendly cold-pressing method, which preserves the taste, aroma and valuable substances in their original form.
Ingredients: 100% natural hemp edible oil. 100% natural hemp oil.
May contain traces of walnut, sesame and mustard oils.
Contains no tetrahydrocannabinol.

Usage. Use in cooking. Hemp oil has a high bioavailability and is fully absorbed by the body. It has a pleasant grassy aroma and taste and goes harmoniously with salads, vegetable dishes and pickled vegetables.
It is not recommended to heat.
Natural sediments are acceptable.
Hemp oil is rich in antioxidants, phytosterols, fat-soluble vitamins and polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6.

– All fats that come to us through food are divided into saturated and unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fatty acids have a double bond between the carbon atoms and if there is only one bond, the fat is called a monounsaturated fat or MUFA (omega-9 fat), if there are many bonds, a polyunsaturated fat or PUFA (omega-3 and omega-6).
Both of these substances are found in a variety of food sources. Omega-3s are mainly found in fish. The main sources are tuna, salmon and halibut, other sources are algae and some vegetable oils. Omega-6 is mainly found in vegetable oils.
