Promotes normal urinary tract and digestive tract function
Ingredients and daily dose: birch buds – 3g.
Preparation: pour 1 teaspoon (3g) into an enamel pot, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over it, cover and boil in a water bath for 15 minutes. Cool the resulting decoction, strain, squeeze out the solids and increase the volume with boiled water to 200 ml.
Adults should drink ½ cup (100 ml) warm twice a day with meals.
Warnings: do not use in case of individual intolerance, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Store in a dry, dark place out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding +25°C.
