Description
Ingredients: 100% caraway seeds (Carum carvi).
Preparation: Pour 1 tablespoon of tea into a cup and add 200 ml of boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Cool the resulting infusion, strain, squeeze out the solids. Drink as regular tea throughout the day.
Warning: individual intolerance.
Store in a dry, dark place inaccessible to children, at a temperature not exceeding +25°C.
