Ingredients and daily dose: chaga – black birch mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) crushed – 15g. Chaga is a type of mushroom that grows on birch trees.
Usage: pour 1 tablespoon (15 g) into a container and pour 200 ml of hot, boiled water over it, cover and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes (a thermos can be used). Cool the resulting decoction, strain, squeeze out the solids and increase the volume with boiled water to 200 ml. Adults should drink ½ cup (100 ml) twice a day before meals.
Warnings: do not use in case of individual intolerance to the ingredients, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding +25°C.
