Description
Ingredients:
100% chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla, fl.).
Method of preparation: 1-2 teaspoons of tea in a bowl and pour 200 ml of boiling water over, cover, let steep for 30 minutes. Cool the decoction, strain and press out the thick decoction. Drink as normal tea during the day.
Warning: individual intolerance.
Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children, at a temperature of up to +25°C.
