Description
Ingredients: 100% field horsetail (Equisetum arvense).
Preparation: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of horsetail into a bowl and pour 200 ml of boiling water over it, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Cool the resulting decoction, strain, squeeze out the solids. Drink warm during the day.
Warning: individual intolerance.
Store in a dry, dark place out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding +25°C.
