Mat for individual use. The applicator allows you to apply methods of reflexotherapy at home. Designed to relieve painful sensations in the muscles and joints, as well as to restore the overall tone of the body and increase efficiency. It is recommended to use it to relieve tension after sports and other physical exertion. Use of the applicator increases skin elasticity and restores its tone.
Application: the mat is placed on the selected area of the body and pressed against the body (within the tolerance of pain, usually accompanied by a feeling of heat) for 40-60 seconds, then remove the applicator. To achieve a more pronounced effect during the application can perform active movements that cause muscle contraction and relaxation. The number of procedures is not limited. Applicator can be worn for a long time, pressing it with an elastic band, belt or towel.
Warnings. The same as for therapeutic massage: infectious and purulent skin diseases, rashes, skin lesions, recent surgeries, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins in places where the applicator is applied, tumours, cancer and blood diseases, pregnancy. Before using the applicator is recommended to consult with your doctor.
Do not subject the sharp corners of the applicator module to mechanical impact, do not subject them to heat treatment. Clean with soap and soda solution, rinse with running water, dry with warm air.
