Ingredients and daily dose: oak bark – 10 g
Preparation: finely chop the oak bark, pour 1 tablespoon (10 g) into an enamel pot, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over it, cover and boil in a water bath for 15 minutes. Strain the resulting decoction immediately, squeeze out the solids and increase the volume with boiled water to 200 ml. Store the finished drink in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Adults should drink ½ cup (100 ml) warm once a day with meals.
Warnings: do not use in case of individual intolerance to the ingredients, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Store in a dry, dark place out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding +25°C.
