Description
Ingredients: 100% Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium s.l.)
Preparation: Pour 1-2 teaspoons of tea into an enamel pot, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over it, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool the resulting decoction, strain, squeeze out the solids and increase the volume with boiled water to 200 ml. Adults should drink it as regular tea 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Warnings: individual intolerance.
Store in a dry, dark place inaccessible to children at a temperature not exceeding +30°C.
